While we do accept walk-ins based on availability, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you get your preferred time slot and therapist. You can book online, by phone, or through our mobile app.

Wear comfortable clothing. For most treatments, you'll change into a robe provided by us. We have private changing rooms and lockers for your belongings. For massage treatments, you'll be properly draped throughout the session.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen - please call us to discuss.

Yes! Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or specific service. They can be purchased in person, over the phone, or online. They make perfect gifts for any occasion and never expire.

We offer complimentary valet parking for all clients. Simply pull up to our entrance and our valet team will take care of your vehicle. Street parking is also available on surrounding streets.
